About FSG

One platform. A family of companies. Independent by design.

Founded in 2001 by tax & ERISA attorneys at Dilworth Paxson, Fiduciary Services Group (FSG) has grown both through organic build and disciplined M&A into a leading independent retirement services platform. We serve financial advisors and their SMB employer clients with a conflict-free, open-architecture model spanning both ERISA (401(k), DB) and non-ERISA (403(b), 457) plans.

Our family of operating companies — PCS Retirement and Aspire for recordkeeping, DWC - The 401(k) Experts for plan administration, and AdvisorTrust for trust & custody — share one platform, one back office, and one purpose: to make retirement plans easier for the people who sell, sponsor, and participate in them.

FSG has been backed by private equity partner Lee Equity Partners since 2024 and continues to expand through strategic acquisitions and select recordkeeping mandates from leading asset managers.
